WEBSITE LEGAL TERMS & DISCLAIMERS

Effective Date: April 22, 2026
This document outlines the legal terms, conditions, and safety disclaimers for the use of our website and the purchase of our specialized grilling and fireplace equipment. By accessing this site or purchasing products, you agree to the following terms.

1. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
All content included on this website, including but not limited to technical drawings, product descriptions, photography, and software code, is the property of the company. The trademark YANFLAMMA and associated branding are protected by international trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these assets is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

2. Product Safety & Liability Waiver

IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNING: Grills and fireplaces are high-heat instruments. Failure to follow safety instructions can result in property damage, serious bodily injury, or death.

Proper Ventilation: All charcoal and wood-burning units are designed for outdoor use only. Never operate these units indoors or in poorly ventilated areas due to the danger of carbon monoxide poisoning.
Structural Integrity: Our products are manufactured using high-precision argon arc welding and thickened steel. Users must not modify the structure, including smoke pipe placement or secondary air intake systems, as this may compromise safety and performance.
Operation: Ensure the unit is placed on a stable, non-combustible surface. Keep children and pets at a safe distance (minimum 3 meters) during and after use until the unit has completely cooled.

3. Manufacturing & Technical Accuracy
While we strive for 100% accuracy in our product listings, technical specifications—including material thickness (e.g., 304 Stainless Steel) and dimensions—may be subject to minor manufacturing tolerances.
We reserve the right to update product designs to enhance thermal efficiency or safety without prior notice.

4. International Compliance & Shipping
We operate in compliance with international trade standards. However, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the products meet local regulatory requirements in their specific region (e.g., California Proposition 65 or regional Bureau of Standards). The company is not liable for items seized or delayed by customs due to lack of local certification at the destination port.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the company shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the misuse of its products, including but not limited to fire damage, burns, or incidental losses resulting from improper installation or maintenance.

6. Governing Law
These terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our primary manufacturing facility is located.
