Today I made bacon-wrapped chicken skewers, and they turned out unbelievably easy and tasty! Wrapping chicken breast in bacon keeps the meat super juicy while giving you that crispy, smoky outer layer.
Cooking these in my YANFLAMMA Smokeless Grill made the process clean, fast, and completely flare-up free. Total baking time was only 10 minutes—can you imagine that? Here is how to whip them up!
Ingredients & Prep Work
Chicken & Wrap:
Fresh chicken breast (cut into bite-sized cubes)
Strips of bacon (cut in half)
Salt
Paprika
Cooking oil
Glaze:
Your favorite barbecue sauce
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Season and Wrap

Grab your chicken breast cubes and place them in a bowl.
Season with salt, paprika, and a drizzle of oil, then mix everything nice and thoroughly so every piece is well coated.

Grab your bacon strips, cut them in half, and wrap each seasoned chicken cube with a piece of bacon.

2. Skewer & Hang
Thread the bacon-wrapped chicken onto your skewers. Keep it going until you've used up all your ingredients.

Hang the skewers onto the rack inside your preheated YANFLAMMA grill—one, two, three—and close the lid.

3. Brush with BBQ Sauce
While they roast, grab a saucepan and drizzle in your favorite barbecue sauce.
Open the lid, pull the skewers out briefly, and brush the sauce generously over the bacon.
Put them right back into the grill, spinning the skewers as they finish to ensure an even, caramelized color.
4. Serve and Feast!
Check it out! The bacon is crisp, the BBQ glaze is sticky, and the chicken inside is tender and juicy.
This is something you simply cannot buy at any restaurant.
